Mixing Plants

for the construction industry

The production of dry construction materials such as mortar, cement, fillers and plaster requires a detailed knowledge of the areas of dosing, weighing, mixing, packing, storing and controlling.

We are your experts for:
  • Drying
  • Screening
  • Dosing
  • Weighing
  • Mixing
  • Packing and Storing
  • Control system
We are your competent partner for:
  • Ready-mixed mortar plants
  • Mixing and batching plants for dry and paste-like building materials
  • Drying and processing plants
  • Crushing and screening plants, conveying systems

BTW plans, supplies and assembles mixing plants customized to your needs and within the specified time, ranging from materials handling and stockpiling, precise batching and weighing systems to packaging plants. Particular attention is paid to the safety on site and during operation/shutdown of our plants. The intermediate storage of partly combustible/dust explosive additives requires high-level safety measures.

Batching

The appropriate choice of metering units and required silo discharge systems, in connection with electronic control systems, guarantees that particular materials are precisely removed from silos.

Metering units in use:

  • Rotary air locks
  • Metering valves
  • Metering screws
  • Belt feeders
  • Flexible metering systems
  • Special metering

Weighing

The use of highly sensitive load cells and other weighing units adapted to requests guarantees a high quality of the final products.

Weighing units in use:

  • Scales for big components
  • Scales for small components
  • Weighing systems for minimum quantities
  • Volumetric weighing systems
  • Weighing belts

Mixing

Granting of a constantly high quality of the construction materials requires exact dosing and weighing systems as well as homogenous mixing. This can only be ensured by using high-quality mixers. The detailed design of the mixer is decisive for the quality of the final product.

The following mixing systems are offered in close cooperation with the leading mixer manufacturers:

  • Batch mixers with complete load discharge
  • Batch mixers with nozzle discharge
  • Continuous mixers
  • Special Mixers

Packing and Storing

In order to meet the market demands, end products are differently packed and stored.

The following packing and palletizing systems have been realized:

  • Roto-Packer
  • Inline packer
  • Packer for small quantities
  • Palletizing systems
  • Stretch wrapping systems
  • Shrink hood machines

Controlling

The Process Control Engineering is realized with state-of-the-art technology and comprises:

  • Power control systems
  • Visualization systems
  • Software development for PLC
  • Acquisition
  • Control
  • Evaluation
  • Administration
  • Statistics of process data
